Zakaj imam davčno nepotrjene račune?

Največkrat se zgodi da nimamo internetne povezave in zato se račun ne morejo davčno potrditi. Druga možnost je da uporabnik ki je naredil račun nima vnesene davčne številke ali pa poslovna enota ni davčno potrjena z pravilnim imenom, kajti v IDju poslovne enote ne sme biti nobenega presledka.

Zakaj mi ob zagonu TRONpos-a napiše, da je licenca potekla?

Lahko da ste v tem mesecu že naredili vseh 24 brezplačnih računov. Nad napisom Demo, kjer lahko registrirate blagajno, vam z rdečo barvo piše zakaj vam je licenca potekla

Postal sem davčni zavezanec, kaj je potrebno spremeniti?

Najbolje da se v tem primeru pokliče na podporo 02 300 35 85

Kako naredim original račun?

Levo zgoraj imamo ikono človeka, na katerega pritisnemo in potem izberemo strnko za katero želimo narediti original račun. V kolikor stranka ni vnešena, jo enostavno vnesemo preko ikone svičnik na desni strani. Vse kar moramo vpisati je davčna štvilka in nato pritisnemo lupico, tako nam blagajna sama izpolni vse podatke o stranki.

Kaj je potrebno ob koncu meseca izstaviti računovodstvu?

V možnostih blagajne imamo gumb mesečno poročilo. Samo izberemo datum za pretekli mesec in nato s pritiskom na PDF lahko datoteko, ki se nam odpre na pošljemo preko maila direkt na računovodstvo.

Po pomoti sem naredil 2 zaključka blagajne, kako lahko to sedaj uredim?

Zaključka za nazaj ne moremo spremeniti. Najbolje je da se naredi blagajniški izdatek v možnosti blagajne, za takšen znesek kot smo naredili prevelik polog v dupliciranem zaključku.

Kako vnesem račune, ki sem jih vpisali v vezano knjigo računov?

Najprej izberemo artikle, katere smo prodali stranki preko vezane knjige računo. Nato desno zgoraj pritisnemo ikono dokument, nato izberemo gumb Vezana knjiga računov. Odpre se nam okno, kjer vpišemo vse podatke o vezani knjigi računo. Te poodatke potrdimo in na koncu zaključimo dokument z enakim načinom plačila, kot smo naredili vezano knjigo računov.

Kaj lahko naredim, če mi na tiskalniku tiska kitajske črke namesto šumnikov?

To pomeni da se je tiskalnik nastavil na kitajski način. Če želimo vrniti tiskalnik na način tiskanja šumnikov, ga moramo izklopiti in nato 5 sekund držimo na obe tipki (Feed in Power). Nato se nam izpiše You select ASCI Mode, po tem lahko ponovno povežemi tiskalnik z blagajno in šumniki se bodo tiskalni.

Zakaj se mi na tiskalnik ne natisne račun?

Ponavadi se zgodi da se tiskalnik in android blagajna več ne vidita, predlagam da tiskalnik ponovno povežemo. Pritisnemo desno zgoraj tri pikice in nato poveži tiskalnik. Izberemo napravo katera se imenu Bluethoot printer. Po tem vam bo napisalo da je tiskalnik uspešno povezan

Kakšne so minimalne strojne zahteve, ki jih potrebujem za delovanje aplikacije TRONpos Android?

Tablični računalnik z operacijskim sistemom Android 4.0 ali novejši z Bluetooth ali mobilni telefon z operacijskim sistemom Android 4.0 ali novejši z Bluetooth, velikost ekrana od 4'' dalje in vsaj 512MB RAM POS Bluetooth tiskalnik

Kako blagajno oz. tablico povezati s tiskalnikom?

Za tiskanje računov iz aplikacije TRONpos ANDROID potrebujemo POS tiskalnik. Če želimo povezati POS tiskalnik, moramo v zgornjem skrajnem desnem kotu aplikacije klikniti na ikono (navpično tri pikice). Izberemo možnost Poveži tiskalnik. Odpre se novo okno Izbira tiskalnika. Iz seznama izberemo pravi tiskalnik ali pa uporabimo možnost Išči na dnu ekrana. POS tiskalnik je uspešno povezan, če nam aplikacija izpiše: »Povezan«. Pomembno je, da najprej vklopite tiskalnik, šele nato zaženete blagajno.

Kako povečam/zmanjšam količino artiklov na računu?

Če želimo povečati količino izbrane pozicije, lahko večkrat pritisnemo na isti gumb artikla. Lahko pa se postavimo na izbrano pozicijo in z znakoma + in ­– nastavimo želeno količino. Shranimo s pritiskom na gumb OK.

Ko zaključujem račun – Kakšna je razlika med Gotovina in Gotovina točno?

Gotovina je gumb za zaključevanja računa, če stranka plača z gotovino. Vnesemo prejeti znesek denarja in program izbriše znesek vračila denarja stranki. Gotovina točno je gumb za zaključevanje računa, če stranka plača z gotovino. V tem primeru nam prejetega zneska ni potrebno vpisati, program pa nam ne izpiše vračila za stranko, ampak takoj natisne račun.

Kako naredim original račun?

Original račun je račun, na katerem so podatki o stranki. Pri ustvarjanju original računa vrstni red dodajanja stranke in pozicij ni pomemben. Tako lahko najprej dodamo pozicije na račun in nato stranko ali pa dodamo najprej stranko in šele nato dodamo pozicije. Original račun zaključimo z enim izmed gumbov za zaključevanje računa. Če želimo izdati original račun moramo najprej ustvariti stranko, za katero bomo izdali original račun. Stranko vnesemo na glavnem ekranu, kjer pritisnemo gumb Stranka. Odpre se novo okno Stranke, kjer lahko izberemo obstoječo stranko ali pa dodamo novo. Če želimo na original račun dodati obstoječo stranko, le to poiščemo, se postavimo na njo in izberemo gumb Izberi stranko (kljukica). Če želimo dodati novo stranko, izberemo gumb Dodaj stranko (plus).

Kako natisnem dvojnik računa?

V meniju dokumenti se nahajajo vsi računi, ki smo jih kadarkoli naredili na blagajni TRONpos ANDROID. Za tiskanje dvojnika v meniju dokumenti preko datuma poiščemo želen račun in pritisnemo gumb Natisni . Iz POS tiskalnika pride dvojnik računa.

Kako storniram račun?

Če želimo stornirati račun iz različnih razlogov, moramo v meniju Dokumenti poiskati želeni dokument, ga izberemo in pritisnemo gumb Storno. Odpre se novo okno. Izberemo razlog, zakaj želimo stornirati račun. Razlog storna bo viden tudi na računu. Storno račun zaključimo z enakim načinom plačila kot prvoten račun, le z minus vrednostmi.

Kako natisnem X-poročilo?

Če potrebujemo X-poročilo, gremo v meni Možnosti blagajne in izberemo možnost Pregled zaključkov. Izberemo zaključek, ki je najvišje na seznamu in pritisnemo gumb Natisni. Če za tisti dan blagajna še ni zaključena, bo na izpisu iz POS tiskalnika pisalo X-poročilo.

Kaj pomeni gumb Ponastavi?

Dokler v program TRONpos ANDROID ne vnesemo licenčnega ključa, lahko aplikacijo ponastavimo na začetne nastavitve. Pri tem se lahko odločimo kaj želimo ponastaviti. Možnost ponastavi promet se uporabi po testnem obdobju, ko se odločimo za dejansko poslovanje z aplikacijo TRONpos ANDROID. Izberemo možnost PONASTAVI PROMET, pri tem pa nam ostanejo artikli in stranke, ki smo jih predhodno vnesli in uredili. Možnost ponastavi artikle se uporabi, če želimo pobrisati vse artikle, ki obstajajo. Možnost ponastavi stranke se uporabi, če želimo pobrisati vse stranke, ki obstajajo. Če želimo ponastaviti aplikacijo TRONpos ANDROID na začetne nastavitve, obkljukamo vse možnosti ponastavitve podatkov. Opozorilo: Po vnosu licenčnega ključa, ponastavitev podatkov na začetne nastavitve, ni več mogoča.
